Finished my En Provence (de' Noir) I am calling it a UFO since I had not worked on it for several months. (Not my oldest by a long shot) so here it is front and back.

Kassaundra #1151, that is just simply gorgeous.

I did get one of the charity quilt DSM quilted. I can tell I am out of practice, maybe tomorrow it will get better with the second one.

    Happy sewing everyone

Love all of the posted tops/quilts, such inspiration. Thank-you everyone. I just love all the pics.

Kassaundra, just love you BH MQ. I have 6 big blocks completed and 10 small saching portions sewn.

Life got in the way for me to complete this quilt top. I had to complete 2 major training projects at work. Unexpected medical issues flaired up preventing me from doing much anywhere. I figure in another week or 2, I will be able to get back to some sewing, Yea. Right now I'm a little too medicated to do much.

I did make some progress on a UFO. A tee shirt top is made and waiting for my long armer to finish the top. I was going to give her another top to finish for me at the same time. Unfortunately, she will be out of town for another 6 weeks. so that slowed down my progress on my Tops. I guess I will work on another project or 2-3.

Thank-you for the reminder of the VQA this weekend.

Kassaundra, that's stunning! Really love the deep jewel tones and the "mood" of the quilt.

Kassaundra- very cool and unique take on the BH quilt. Neat way to quilt it, I like the way you used the lighter thread to ditch around the small diagonal squares becomes so that element of the quilt becomes an interesting focal point on the back. Good job!

Finally have some time to post my May finishes, 3 quilts, these needed quilting and binding, 2 table spiral runners, had them sewn together but needed quilted and binding. Bill's family was all here the past 4 days for graduation. This scrappy was the last quilt his Mother was doing before she passed away. 4 kids, so I cut it in 4 pieces, quilted them and finished so each one of them could have a piece. The other 3 are on their way home with the new owners.

Congrats Jaba, you have been busy! What an awesome idea dividing the last work so each child could have a piece, Solomon would be proud!
