I like your colors so much more than the ones Bonnie chose. Mine is sitting in a box waiting for assembly. If the colors weren't so disgusting, it would be done by now. Lesson learned.

I like doing the mysteries but seldom use her colors. Before I started doing her mysteries I looked at the previous ones and realized I really like the intriquet patterning and secondary and tertiary patterning, but don't have the same color taste as her, and am not overly fond of the whole "scrappy" feel. So I use my own colors and yardage.

QMomma.....Your swap blocks look great with the chain blocks. That's a good idea for when you have different blocks but not enough to make a quilt. The chain blocks add size and a cohesiveness.

Kassaundra...I agree with all the others....gorgeous quilt!

jaba....you have been busy. Congrats on the finishes. Clever idea, cutting the scrappy into 4 pieces. It's a great way to make memory pieces for the recipients.

Tonight I will be hand-sewing binding. It will be something to do while relaxing with DH.

Anne2016, I think that I will join you on sitting still and just doing some hand binding. I took part of the VQW and did get some thing completed. I will finish one of my accomplishment and take a pix to add to the thread and it could be a "MAY" finish. Let me get started.

Happy sewing everyone

Kassaundra: That is one spectacular quilt. Love your color choices.

Jaba: Wow, lots done. Love the spirals, and such wonderful quilts. Great job in finishing those.

I finished another one. It has been in the works 12 years or so. They are left over blocks from another fairy frost hunter star pattern I did. They just did not fit there. I found some of the copper fairy frost in closeout at the quilt store, grabbed it, made one last block, put these together and it sat. Now it is done 100%. Yes, I sewed on my binding again and did an edge to edge. I like the quilting from this panto. It was fun, easy enough and had just the right color thread to work, a copper micro quilter thread. Used it in the bobbin as well so both sides show nicely.
And here is a brag, my wedding dress won at the Chewelah quilt show and so did my customer's quilt. Just thought I would share.
