That is so funny wildyard. I went to doc yesterday and am out of the walking boot, but there is still an issue with the fore front of my foot. She thinks I have a stress fracture so I am scheduled for an MRI. The "tendonitis" is quiet at this time, but wow, a sore forefoot is not fun. No more long hours at the longarm for some time. I have to get some quilts finished. Now to be inventive on how to quilt.
No UFOs done quite yet. I am hoping to get some done this month. Hope is a good thing to have.

Rob, that is neat. Love the artistic look of the convergence.

Very convergency looking, Rob. I made one and also found that you REALLy need to pay attention. However, once you mis-cut, it really blends into the overall design. Well done. Your work always shows me what a traditionalist I am at heart.

Glad your foot is doing better, QM. Now we just need to keep Fred and Arthur in check.

Great save, Rob! I wouldn't have guessed it was a mangle if you hadn't said.

I love both the contemporary quilt and the convergence one. I'd never heard of the latter so will have to look it up. I have three more finishes. These were quilted a few months ago but I never finished the binding. I'm so glad to have them done. This makes 10 finishes this month, but since I do the back to front binding on my charity quilts, they didn't take overly long. I'll take these and three others to the church on Sunday for them to be given out to shut-ins or hospital patients.

Belfrybat...great finishes. Is the second one a D9P pattern? Lovely colors.

They’re all beautiful Belfybat—I love the bright glowy colors in the first one!

Belfrybat: Way to go! Will you please send some sewing energy my way? . Beautiful quilts!

I really like your dark sashing and bright cornerstones on that 3rd quilt. I never remember to use cornerstones with sashing. I think it is the attitude "I just want this done!" so I just sash or sew the blocks directly together. Lol!

Cool finishes guys. I really like convergence quilts. I have made a couple of blocks that I did w/ the convergence technique, and a wall hanging. My recent finish isn't really a UFO, more like a WIP. I was suppose to start on my Underground railroad UFO after my finish wip, but did I .................. NO, did I start a new project ............................... why yes I did!!!! But on the good side, looks like I'm not the only one rowing that boat!
