Rose_P: Thanks for the info. I didn't think to look there for quilting designs.

Found another UFO that was finished this year. I was playing around with bargello one time and just made one odd sized rectangular piece and put it away for a year or two. Then in February, 2017 I needed something to cover the pane in the laundry room door, so I added some borders and made a small quilt out of it.

Rose-I love the quilting on your bordered bargello! Nice finish!

I’m working on a November finish—just needs binding, and have another couple of smallish things that may get done if I can get Caught up on Christmas gifts— for some reason this year I’m having a hard time coming up with presents for some barn friends that we always exchange something handmade.... in the past from me they’ve gotten 1. jewelry with pics of their horses, 2.crocheted neck collars with fancy Celtic horse buttons, 3.candle wreaths made with horse fabric from my stash, 4. Horse themed placemats made with fabric from my stash, etc. I’m out of horse fabric and ideas! I need gifts for 5 people, so they need to be something that I can make 5 of by early December!

Thanks Lisa, I love the way it turned out! I'm sewing binding on another UFO now but it may take awhile I'm going to have to start packing, we bought a house in Florida and can move in 20 - 30 days, fast closing. So excited, larger house and I'll have the room for a long arm machine here. Just hoping this double wide mobile will sell fast.
