OK, I finally finished a UFO. This was started last year - I had it cut and some blocks sewn together, but had to stop to work on a different project that had a deadline. I am giving it to a friend tomorrow. I can't seem to get the photo to upload, but I promise I completed it.

DJ, there are no "small contributions". ANY UFO finish is a BIG one so congratulations on your pillow finish. It's beautiful! I love the cross stitch and they way you changed the design and made the XS portion off center. Beautiful fabrics, too. Great job! Toot, Toot!
Thanks for the pictures of the lovely quilts being finished here. I have a small contribution.
I just finished this 18" throw pillow cover for DD#1 for her birthday. I've worked on and off on the cross stitch since May of 2015. The chart is from the Spring 2014 issue of Stoney Creek Magazine. I changed the birds that were in the circle to an eagle motif, since this is going to Alaska. I used my new Westalee ruler templates to quilt it. I even designed my own border motif with one of the templates. I didn't have an 18" pillow to insert for the pictures, so I just stuffed it with one of my bed pillows.

Uh, oh...you've got another one!
Just a little funny that I'd share with you this evening. So after the doctor's appointment I go to the Center to check on the sewing group that I socializes with once a week. My cousin is my long arm artist and she spear-head two or three of us to do the charity quilt for the local children hospital and a batter shelter. Today, she hands me a bag that has two the quilts that she just can't get finish. Bless her heart, that another story, one of the quilt top is one that I put together in '15. How about that a UFO came back home to be finish by it's original creator. How about that one???

I finally finished a UFO too. I made this mini quilt last fall (how old must an unfinished project be to call it a UFO?) I used bit corners from my 2015 Bonnie Hunter mystery. I love cheddar reproduction fabric most so I really like this being finished. It took me SIX months to hand quilt! Not because it was difficult. I'm just very easily distracted... I'm not sure if you can see the hand quilting or not.
