I know. And part of what kept it there was shame over the "it's only a hanging sleeve". I thought of it a few times over the years, but couldn't bring myself to face the stupidity of putting the sleeve on the wrong end of the quilt (the first sleeve was sewn into the binding, so not an easy removal). I have 2-3 more that just need about 10 inches of binding sewn - that's almost worse, but at least they aren't quite as old.

petthefabric, what a lovely quilt. You really can't beat soft greens and lilacs for a pleasing color combo.

tuckyquilter, I love the cool blue with the aqua on your garlic knots, and the circular quilting effect is beautiful.

Krista, congratulations on finally finishing that dragon. I'll bet he is glad to be liberated from the box!

Beautiful Tuckyquilter. The circles are so cool on that quilt.
Krista, I am with you on hanging sleeves. I have quilts I want to hang, but they lack that final thing. I have several wallhangings that are just tacked up on the wall because I don't like doing the handwork to put a sleeve on.
Belfrybat, I hear you on quilts to get quilted. Have lots of those and since I can't do the longarm right now, getting more pieced. I will have about 22 UFOs finished once I get to quilt. Yes, some will have the binding machine sewn.

Another finish for me. Details posted in the photos section, but my Dr. Who quilt is now complete, in the mail, and off the UFO list! You can see the pics here

That looks interesting Krista. I know there are lots of people who are so intrigued with Dr. Who. Love the back with the head figures.
