    Oh very well

Here is my first March UFO finish. This was a block party a couple of years ago (I provided fabric and instructions to 11 other ladies, and they each made a block for me). The block is a variation of Blackford's Beauty, which I found in a magazine a few years ago. It just reaffirms that scrappy is not my wheelhouse, but it was great to get all these blocks made for me. This quilt will go to Victims of Violence through one of my guilds next month.

Krista, great quilt and for a good cause.

Connie, congratulations for your nephew. We don't have cable so can't watch most of the special sports.

As for me, my binding is little bit over half way on the quilt for Laura. Thought I was farther what a bummer, anyway it's going to be finished by Monday. Did work on my 365 blocks today, 3 more finished. Goal is to make all of February by the end of March, April at the latest.
Not sure how much sewing tomorrow, going to watch the parade in St. Paul, then movie and dinner with friends. Should take care of most of the day. Post lots of pictures tomorrow! Everyone have a good St. Patrick's day.

I will let my nephew know that my QB friends send him their congratulations.

Krisb: He only had the 2 races. I was able to watch the race overnight live on my computer. My heart did a few jumps right along with his turning the corners. Lol! I’m a tired aunt today!

Dedemac: Enjoy the parade tomorrow. My nephew was on KARE 11 a few weeks ago. He is from Central Minnesota.

Lovely, quilt. I love scrappy quilts and most of my quilt are scrappy. Be brave, be bold and trust the chance of the draw and just look at the beauty that is created! Lovely.
