2018 UFO Challenge of the Month
#791
UFO #3. Scrappy Hunter Star Quilt. (Blocks were from an exchange here on the QB.) Started, October 2016 and finished May 8, 2018. So, not particularly old UFO but, a UFO all the same. As the top sat for at least a year while I saved for LA services.
It will be awhile before the next UFO posting. As, I am working on quilting the next one myself. While working on a million other things as well. Hopefully, I can get it finished for next month. I still have plans to have 2 more LA before the end of the year.

Another one looking good, Judith...Nice clear colors. I won't be finishing up many for a while either as real life is calling me!

That's beautiful, Judith! I've usually seen Hunter Star quilts with a more limited palette. This looks wonderful. I must learn to make this block.

I remember that swap Judith. I did it as well. My first set got thru the cycle, but then ended up making my own and completing the quilt for a wedding gift. The wedding was before the swap would end. I also just finished quilting a customer red and white hunter star. You did a beautiful job laying your stars out.

Judith, a fun use of colors. I think I'll loosen up.

April finishes?
Hey Happylab,
did you get my 5 finishes for Apri? They were the 5 scrappy scarves.
Will be working on May UFOs the rest of this week.

I have a baby quilt finish. The photo is on my iPhone and I can't work out how to transfer picture. It was made using HSTs from over 2 years ago so counts as a UFO in my book.

The other way looks daunting to me - but I should really give it a go and see.
Judith, your scrappy Hunter Star is beautiful!
