    Dance of the Dragonflies is finally done. It is a beautiful pattern. If I did it again, the black of the wings would be cut as a single grid. And each wing and body would be preappliqued before being attached to the background. Maybe it was the humidity, but those little fusible pieces were ironed down about 4 times, it was machine basted after that, and they still kept falling off. Glad it is finally done. Back to poor neglected En Provence. The lighting isn’t great; sun hasn’t gotten to the back porch yet.

    Great Dragonflies and Great job.. I have the pattern and fabric but no time to make it know, so it is on the bucket list for next year. Two wedding in one year takes a lot of time and doing my long arming too.

    I wondered back with list of May’s finished UFO’s and grand total. Continuing from where I left off. Let the drums roll and confetti fly and we all scream and yell.
    ‘Quiltermomma = 847, baby quilt, very pretty.
    Rryder = 12 more placemats #852
    rryder = 3 ufo’s trivets #852
    Kristakz = Jaffa Sasser quilt multicolored, #854
    Dedemac = train ride quilt = 867
    D.Henson = lap quilt #869/870
    Krisb = dance of the Dragonflies, #881

    this completes our May completed UFO’s, for a grand total of 43, 3 more than our goal this month. Contractions everyone for a great job.

    So far our June list is 0., ah, sad face. I know I need to start working on my UFO’s. I just need to finish with 2 swap projects 1st. Then ufo’s here I come. I’ve set up several to finish this month. Then I will have 3 more WIP’s to complete.

    Our goal this month is 30. Have fun working on all of your projects, UFO’s or WIP’s.

    I got "voluntold" to FMQ a queen-sized quilt for a friend and that takes a long time for me (after work and weekends). So there is no time to work on UFOs right now.
