    That's a good plan!

Yikes...you guys are making me nervous. I’ll head over now to find the pattern.
I have been using the same FQ bundle and color palate for both A Quilting Life BOM and Old School BOM so if I need to make just one quilt in the end, I’ll have planets of color coordinating blocks...

I'm not remotely interested in making a 12" block with forty-two 3/4" hexies! Not for this quilt top anyway. In addition, I don't like the blog owner's method of sharing instructions, or the way she is encouraging the use of her products for sale. It makes me think that she is offering the block pattern in a way where it's convenient to add her hexie papers, etc. to the check out process.

I think a free BOM pattern should just be posted on the blog-- like, you read the blog entry and see the instructions.

Who wants to join me in choosing a different block for April? lol

DJ, what do you think are the chances one of the other month's patterns will be the one I pick? I think slim. :-) I am going to sew this block instead: https://www.quilterscache.com/N/NoName2Block.html

I like EPP but not this block so I will do the no name block with you. Thanks for the idea

That's a pretty block you have chosen, Givio. I may join you in sewing it.

I think you're right; and the block you picked is a great one. I'll join! If they do happen to present this block later on, we can just choose something else at that time.

    THANKS! I'M ON IT!

Cool! That's 6 of us, maybe Duckling will do it too. So, we can see how it turns out in our various color-ways. :-) Keep the pictures coming!

Here is substitute for Hexie block. Very nice block you suggested, givio.
