    ...off subject, just for a second...

    n2scraplvr, don't those wild roses smell so heavenly sweet? We have 3 huge bushes in our back yard and last year DH lined our front property with cuts from these wild roses. One blessing of being in a windy area is the sweet aroma floating all over the place. Very intoxicating.

    Default Getting Little quilts ready to go

    Here are my 1st 2 little quilts to go to AAQI. I will hold them until I have several ready. #1 is "Ladder to the Sky". Measures 8 5/8" x 10 3/4.

    You described the scent perfectly! And yes so heavenly, especially with the honeysuckles I've allowed to mix in with the hedge! I can just imagine how beautiful your bushes are and what an aroma with so many planted! The wild rose is the BEST!!

    Almond, you did a fantastic job! The 1st one really grabbed me! How adorable and it looks much larger than it is! Second one is very nice too! WTG!!
