I'm kind of glad the ones in the book aren't more "perfect" or I would have probably given up long ago! I figure if the original artist can be proud of them looking like that, then I can be proud of mine the way mine look too - because it's more about doing the best we can - than the best. Though some of the "wonkiness" of the photos is due to the machine quilting done afterwards.

Its never too late to jump in! This is a very flexible, fly by the seat of your sewing chair type stitch-a-long. We are always happy to have more people and all the rules are really more like guidelines anyway (I guess that makes us Stitching Pirates) .... Beautiful block by the way!
