Nope. I can't find it. Maybe it's a time zone thing?

Yay...clue 5 is simple. No cutting, just putting together what we have already cut and sewn. Easy peasy... so plenty of time to catch up on clue 4 too. I'll need it!

I'm starting to have sewing withdrawls. Hope the houseguests might want to go shopping tomorrow so I can sneak out the sewing machine!

For Clue 2 and Clue 4, I drew a paper pieced pattern so it would go together quicker and more accurately (for me).

I thought about doing that, but didn't want to face tearing paper on hundreds of units.

I got a solid undisturbed four hours of sewing in yesterday (finally) and managed to get a little more than half of Clue 4 done. Loving these units and the way the colors are blending together for this mystery quilt. So very glad that Clue 5 is just an assembling project. I'm sure to be caught up before the next clue comes out and may even have time to work on other projects during the week to come. Hooray!

There are a series of storms moving through our area over the next three days that are supposed to drop more than 7 inches of rain on us. Hopefully the power will stay on throughout that time. We have a back-up generator but my sewing machine manufacturer recommends not using it on generator power. Might have to dust off and power up little Sally (my 201 Singer) so I can keep on going during these storms.

Oh, Lordy, Miss Rita, these storms and flooding are crazy!!! Where I live in middle Tn. it split and went around us the other night. Where my GD lives, close to Lutts, it destroyed one neighbors house and leveled every tree on the 100+ acres and blew the other neighbors garage away, but thankfully, never touched their property!! I've been terrified of storms ever since 1998 when we had an F5 come through our county that was a mile wide and stayed on the ground for 26 miles. Everything in it's path was leveled and destroyed. I lost 4 of my friends and neighbors.

But, life is good! I am enjoying clue #5. Got about half done.
