Some really pretty quilts going together here! Mine is at the "ready to sew into blocks" stage. I am doing black setting triangles and not loving the only red I have enough left for the outside border so I may have to go shopping. Pictures coming soon...

Wow, that IS beautiful! For the original color scheme, I'm thinking I would like a grey border rather than a black one at this point, but I've got a lot of the clues yet to sew. And, I don't think I will put a scalloped border on mine; for me, I think a straight border appeals most.

Thank you Leslie. I am so happy to be able to participate. Bonnie is very generous sharing her mystery quilt with all of us. I am loving seeing all the colors and fabrics that everyone has used.

Mrs. SewNSew and Tweety -- wow! Just beautiful!

I have finished the clue #5 HST units! I figured out my block arrangement today, and I am now taking it down and will put it back up on its side, so as to all fit on the wall. Tomorrow I will cut and add the red and gold block centers and then take some photos. Isn't this fun!

SandraP, sorry I didn't comment about Timmy. I think I was in shock that he was hairless... I know there are cat breeds like that but I don't often get to see one. His skin must be so warm all the time. Can he go outside without freezing? He looks like a happy guy... as long as he gets to quilt, right? ;P

I love this one too - it also makes me want to do another. Overall I didn't find this high on the difficulty scale, and now that I know what the end result is going to be, I can use some other methods that I prefer for piecing.

Cat lady: Every time I try to communicate on the Board it behaves very strangely. Thought I answered your PM on 12/23 but my notification is still showing unread. If we can't communicate any other way I will give you my e-mail address. Let me know if you still haven't received a PM from me.

I just got a message saying my mailbox was full so I just deleted a few. I have received 2 PMs from you so if you sent more than that I did not get them. Thanks for checking.
