thanks for the kind compliments on my top. Mine looks so different than the others. I hope it is just the scrappiness and not that I placed something wrong. That is always a possibility. I have the center seam to do and it will be done. That will have to wait until this afternoon. I volunteer in an elementary school classroom on Thursday mornings.

Enjoy your our day and be blessed.
I love your top, and I don't think anything is wrong. Except 1 block I went back and looked after you said that, and I noticed that one of the 4-patches in the corner block in your photo is rotated the wrong way.

FYI - Bonnie has a Quilt Cam session scheduled for tonight (Thursday) at 9:00 p.m. eastern time. If you miss it during the live broadcast, it will be archived on her blog and also on YouTube for later viewing.

FINALLY!! The blocks are sewn together! Still need to trim, add borders and send to the long armer. Much to big for me to tackle the quilting myself. I worry about mistakes on this one--they are SO EASY to do and hard to spot with all the little pieces. I like it, but think I need to take a break from it before I start to hate it!! Don't want it to become a UFO, but this was the biggest project I have ever done.

It's beautiful, Jeanne! Don't take too long a break -- you're so close to being finished!

Jeanne, looking beautiful! I'm up to the setting triangles and eyeing your work. It looks like you pressed away from the red triangle which is how I went with it. Can you tell me please which way did you press the seam where you attached it to the block? I'm finding it bulky either way I try!
