Making progress at last. All blocks and rows are now connected and up on the wall to percolate. Need to decide on my borders and get this thing done. My other projects are screaming for attention...LOL.

Lovely, Miss Rita! The dark centers on the star blocks give it a whole new look.

Quilt Vagabond your quilt is stunning. I really like the green in it.

Well, after a couple of hectic weeks at home, I've finally got the borders finished! Yay me!! I adjusted the corner triangles as someone else here has done, to continue the neutral all the way round.

So I thought I'd finished this top, but then I saw Podunk's dark stars, and now I have the urge to put dark centres onto MY stars as well. Whilst it is still hanging up I placed some dark charm squares over the yellow, just to give an impression of what it wold look like.

So what do you think? I can feel some appliquéd squares coming on he he.

In the meantime I'd like to thank Bonnie for all her time and effort in designing this quilt for us, and also Sandra P for convincing me to join in, I really like the end result :-)))

Love your colors Siodach. I like the yellow centers better. It's more bright and cheerful and shows off the piecing of those batman ears a lot better.

Great borders, Siodach! I also prefer the yellow centers on yours, it seems more balanced; the dark centers are a bit strong in your colorway.

Kate, Beautiful! I am so glad you took this on to do. I know my own quilting has improved by doing one of Bonnie's quilts. This was made even more fun with you doing it too.

Thanks everyone. FYI - the dark centers on my stars are actually a gold and red paisley print on a back background so (in person) it is a little bit lighter than the photo. Gold is not my favorite color so I substituted something that was more my style. I had the paisley in my original fabric selection photo post on this thread and hoped to be able to use it somewhere on the quilt. Wish I had enough of it left to do the outer border.
