    Good Morning All,
Yay! I am at it already! So fun to sew with everyone who is doing this! SheriR I love your plum colored fabric! It is stunning against the golds. My gray is close to one that will read solid from a few feet away since all my other fabrics are printed. I thought that my eyes would need a rest. :-) Hope everyone has a good of time as I am having with this!
Wholeheart Mom, your quote at the bottom of your page makes me smile. Nice to meet you too!

SheriR, is that last picture one of a off greenish color? Hard for me to tell but does it have an almost light plum color in it as well? I really like it!

Off to a slow start this am, but will start cutting scrap strips soon. Love the plum fabrics!

Just got back from my Black Friday shopping - was only about 10 people waiting for the store to open, so no problem getting the bag for 25% off.

And they had both the Easy Angle and Companion Angle rulers - so those went into my bag! Now I have to go paint - but tomorrow I can start cutting!

Got my first 8 finished. The seam allowance is perfect, and the beginning size square for the magic 8 is great allowing a tiny trim just to make sure of square.

I found it at Hancock's at 50% off for the Black Friday sale. My local JoAnn's didnt have it but the online website does/did when I looked this am.

I'm using the Go 1 1/2 finished hst and have all them cut in less then ten minutes. It took more time to starch and press the fabric. I have all the pieces at the sewing machine ready to piece a few whenever I have a few minutes to spare. I love the gray color with the neutrals.
