This is one of the best reasons I can think of to invest in the Go!

Ooh, really wishing I had a Go! Ten minutes to cut them all? That would be amazing. Hmmm.....seems like quilt in a day had them on sale today. Might have to check it out. Too bad I deleted that email without even looking at it.
I am babysitting today. Maybe I can start tomorrow.

    Those are pretty, Kassaundra.

I like using my new easy angle ruler, it's pretty cool, or neat.

And we're off!! After seeing clue one, I went back and rethought all my fabric choices. The grey was a grey/white combination, and was not going to play well against my neutrals, with the sizes Bonnie wanted cut. So I threw that out, reworked everything, and now I'm ready to start sewing. No pic of my new colours yet, but I have my strips cut for the 1/2 square triangles (cutting about 2/3 of Bonnie's numbers this time around, because I'm a bit shy of fabric on my gold-equivalent. I'll see what I have left, when we reach the end and size the quilt accordingly.

All my magic 8's are sewn. Now they just need splitting, sizing, de-earing, and pressing.

I've got 320 HSTs (I didn't want to leave partial strips--the extras won't go to waste). I still need to trim 64 of them tomorrow--right now, my back is tired! After I finish, I'll get a picture. Grey and neutral-looks like the rainy, cold weather outside.

I got about half the hsts cut today. I had a drawer full of 2" strips and lots of them were neutrals. Made it easy to use the easy angle ruler.
