Fraew, your blocks are looking good!! I, too, am doing Bonnies' colors. I love seeing everyone's colors!!! I admire those people who go outside the box!

I'm seeing some spectacular reds in posted photos. Mine don't have that much presence. I think they would do fine used in a normal scrappy way, but as stars of a block, they're kind of plain (at least in the long view).

Great job, Fraew! You have a nice variety.

I'm wondering if the headless geese are to make curves in the blocks. You know those straight line curvey illusion blocks?

    Love your Christmas geese Fraew!

Here are my blocks for Clue 1 and 2. My gray might be too light. It has shiny silver in it. But it is what it is! LOL

Well silly me, I was going by the printed instructions as well and had to go back and fix all mine to be pressed toward the light because I figured it was supposed to be pressed towards the dark. Thank you for posting this. I will put a picture of my progress on the board later when hubby can help me.

I'm doing the Happy Dance In Tulsa--just finished Clue #2!!
And Sandra P, my first instinct was to press toward the dark as well--glad I found out before I started pressing them!

Here are my Clue #2. I'm not sure how big I want the quilt to be so I'm starting with 12 like BibleAmy and I'll see how far that gets me. I'm so glad Bonnie suggested we don't go "boring" with the neutrals. I'm liking some of the novelty fabrics as neutrals.
