Thank you very much! This is my favorite piece of dyed fabric. I still need to do some machine stitching and some hand embroidery.

Thanks for the kind words. No nancia, it's a poem by Sara Teasdale--mid 20th century poet. I thought it fit the quilt. I do write haiku and have a couple of ideas for mini's with a couple of those.

here's the thing-- i am so far behind i think i'm in the next race! i have a couple ideas, and lots of dye, etc to play with so soon i will be really experimenting. for the moment i have another quilt to bind, blocks for a swap, and a dq for whenever! i'm so confused!!
