Thanks for the suggestions about my background fabric. I'm glad to know she mentioned big prints getting lost. I missed that piece! Thank you! I like the idea of the border and background. I'm planning on make a smaller number of units, so I might actually need a border! And of course definately a back!!

I’m in. Found fabrics on sale and appropriate for male teen. Print has octopus 🐙 (teal). Navy print with diving helmets. White and bright yellow. When fabric arrives, will post pix.

Happylab, if you're trying to send a picture you took that is on your iPad, you need to add it as an attachment, not a link. Click on the little picture icon at the top of your message (if you don't see it, you might have to go "advanced"). Hope that helps a bit. I don't use an iPad, so I can't be more specific...
