So many wonderful color ways. Suern3, love your coral/orange combination. Cheeshead and Petthefabric, also beautiful color combinations. Joe’s mom, I’m glad you are finding excitement in your fabric choices and making progress.

I did not participate this year because I have about 4 ufos that have been haunting me but I have enjoyed following the posts and comments on this year’s thread. Keep up the good work!

I'm not doing scrappy this year because I don't have enough stash left to do it. After 50 some years, believe it or not But I quit buying in 2001, and sold tons last year on ebay. Was a good move, I like having a fresh start, but I really do love scrappy quilts.

I read with interest on the FB page the pros and cons of printing out the clues.
These are my clues, I don't care for all the blah blah.
I do like this one enough that I may make it again in some form, in which case I'd probably copy and paste the pertinent information only.
People are still coming up short on the orange by a little, people that started after the correction.

editd to add: rats, tried to take the photo out because it has you know what, but apparently not possible. Don't look at you know what must not be mentioned.

I really enjoy making Word documents out of the clues, eliminating everything that's not necessary and reducing the photos so as to save on ink. But I do save the PDF versions as well.

These are insane in black. But I'm embracing it.

Love your blocks with the black!

As I see it, I have one orange that shows up well, one that shows up poorly, and two that are in-between.

I have a good start on clue 6, so that shouldn't take forever. Kind of excited to see my blocks with the stash purples I hunted up.

Joe;s Mom, I too find the black in your blocks to be a great choice. It really makes all the other colors in you blocks pop.

Thank you all so much. It's the bigger block with the black that has me at a loss for words, LOL. I have one side sewn on, shouldn't be long.
