I'm getting bored waiting

I'm going to put a post in the Wanted section, but do any of you that use batiks have a scrap box you'd like to sell on? This is my first experience with sewing with batiks and I'm Loving it!
I have plenty of regular cotton scraps.

I've wasted all of my hours today on inefficient pinning of my blocks. I hope to make better use of my evening hours.

I wonder if we'll find out about those extra orange triangles tomorrow.

Reveal today. I'm so happy with the way this was presented this year, I think it will result in so many more finished quilts which is a win for everyone. And the border is wonderful, I used my darkest purple for that step and was worried it would overpower the quilt. As shown it makes a great frame.

Now to the working wall to play. No way I'm using that big block as is but that is just me and my love for smaller pieces.

I did my back in yesterday with too much sitting (all on wasted pinning), so I will have to slow down now. But that's okay, as we now have all the pieces! It's very pretty.

I will have to figure out which way to go with the sashing. I certainly don't want to add more black to the quilt, so will have to see what works with my blocks. First to get those blocks done!

I’m moving slowly through the clues but managed completion of this one before today’s reveal. It’s not perfect but I’m completely satisfied with it. The colors aren’t accurate as they are lighter than shown in this pic, esp the purple squares. Look forward to seeing more pix of your work!

What does everyone think of the reveal? I think it’s terrific.

Janice, your block is absolutely gorgeous! I agree, I think the reveal is terrific. I always love that moment when we see Bonnie's quilt!

So cool! I love the reveal!! I like the non-busy sashing…and the border is beautiful…So excited….
