    Thanks Joe’s Mom and Janice. Isn’t it funny how much you can like a quilt that uses colors that are not part of your natural habitat? I’m so glad I went with the purple and orange Bonnie suggested. Using my “usual” palette was putting me in something of a rut.

    Hello, really enjoyed looking at all the chilhowie quilts. They’re all beautiful. I’m posting a picture of my flimsy,I hope! I haven’t had much success in the past.

    Still chugging away on Chilhowie! The center is done, with a few modifications along the way! Everything for the skinny and outer border is cut (except the corner 4-patches) and Clue 2 units are sewn.
