Looks like we are going for a stroll with Jane again, what fun.
I worked on Jane yesterday, 1 block finished and another just needs the applique (which will be done today), sashings also made as I went along... SO I now have 50 blocks made. I am so far behind everyone I hope I can catch up this year.

Love it.
Looks like Jane played nice with mirabelle. I'm hoping to see a photo of the 50 blocks soon.
QuiltE - 121 blocks
Anael - 133 blocks - need a group shot. IF, and that is a mighty big little word, I were to do Jane it would not be Halloween fabrics. It would likely be batiks. I would also need someone to tell me about how much yardage I would need as a constant. And for the Canadian dollar to rise a lot so buying the book and CD wouldn't be so painful.
I am in awe of all of you.

I am now up to 52 blocks, Row D is finished. I just need to sew the SAS sashings and I can connect it to Rows A,B and C.
I have started but it will take me a few days to get all those little pieces together. Only then will I start Row E.
I am doing them as they appear in the book, if I tried any other way I know I would pick all the easy blocks first
Thanks for all the encouragement..

Love to see the beautiful work, ladies. It reinforces my reasons for not starting.....I know I would get a good start and then it would suffer a slow death in UFO land. Kudos to all of you who pursue this Holy Grail of quilters.
Maybe when I retire from farm life and move to town...like that's gonna happen soon........
Cleaning the mess in my sewing space today. Was going to do it yesterday, but started a project on EQ and spent most of the day with it. Have a good one....

OK, there were moments I thought my DJ would end up in UFO land too but with QuiltE and Mirabelle also chasing DJ it motivates me to finish mine. Still didn't decide on the triangles. I made a few but I'm not sure about them. I don't like them very much so maybe I'll do something else.
