I had a calf when we 1st got married and bought her a chain with a number one on it. She was my 1st cow and was going to be the 1st one in my herd. She actually was the only cow in my herd after 5 years on the farm. A city girl's dream herd. LOL

I finished up my hen and tractor blocks this past weekend, plus I made a 'bonus' horse block for fun. Just my luck that May's block will be a horse too, lol!

NZ, your little girl is going to love this quilt! Your blocks are coming out fantastic. It's nice to see you found your joy working on your farm again.

Your hen is one of my favorites. She has such great personality.
