Dang... I think I'll have to pass on this month. It doesn't even look like a vegetable stand.

Whew, I'll pass too. I guess this time I'll make an overall Sam.

My, that is disappointing. I understand that selling produce is part of farm life, but this vegetable stand is empty!

I know, I thought that too. But, with how creative everyone is getting, I can see something done really well with this. Although, It is not in my plans to make. But, I do have something in mind for this block another time.

I saw someone had made a Farmer Fred. I think I will substitute Farmer Fred for this block.

You know, On her website is a picture of all her blocks together. This one really sticks out like a sore thumb because it's devoid of vegetables and fruits.

How goes your new baby quilt?

I'm thinking of maybe doing a block with vegetables. Something like a row of corn. There are always cornfields here in Kansas! That will be something my daughter can relate with farming.

My new Baby quilt is coming along. I am doing QAYG for the first time and have finished quilting the blocks. Unfortunately I can't find time or energy to sew everyday now. Hopefully that will come back one day!

NZ, you should make your corn and tomato PP block from the summer block swap. It would be cute in this quilt.

Actually, that is the exact pattern I was thinking of, Judith! You read my mind, lol!
