That's great advice. But may I add that the advance healthcare directive be re-signed every few years to keep it current. Of course, it will also need updating if your wishes change. I just updated mine last month. It's a great way to make your wishes known.

Jane, I'm so sorry for your loss.

Oh Chebelo 144 you have a great block. The different shades really pulls it all together. I like the yellows, they are my favorite color.

Thank you Trish B. i love yellow and blue combinations as you will see as we progress.. I just hope this is going to turn out as I vision it. I haven't been quilting long enough to have a big scrap collection, so I am using a FQ I had and some scraps from another quilt trying to stay with the yellow, blue and white .

Here are my first two steps. My center is red, background is WOW, and my 2nd color will be medium/dark grays. What can I say, we live in central Ohio so we bleed scarlet and gray.

Thank you, and thank you for devoting your time to this Quilt-along. I am new to this forum and can see there are many opportunities that will challenge me to become a more experienced quilter. I just love seeing what everyone else's wonderful color combinations. I did complete 1 of the 4 sections in Step 2. Hope I get a chance to work on it tonight, because with it being Easter weekend, I will not have any time for quilting
