I have pieced one for my new guest room and it just needs a few more borders of some kind to fit a queen bed. :-)

    Just beautiful, Givio!

    Yours too, Bluebonnets!

I love the colors in both of these.

Bluebonnet, wow I would have never thought to put greens and aquas together ...lovely effect, I will be watching to see your borders. I am working on Step 6, just need to join the 9 patch blocks. This is so fun...Jane was really clever to post instructions for this quilt top for all of us.

Bluebonnets , Love yours too. I want to do one of these quits, but every time I decide on color another beautiful combo comes up!

Wow, givio, the touch of yellow mixed in with your reds is wonderful! Makes it look like a sunrise....I love it!

Bluebonnets, I like the pastel look you've achieved. It's really a nice sized quilt. I can see why some people who've made this pattern just bind it as is. I was thinking all along that I'd put a border on it, but after laying it out on my bed I'm thinking it doesn't really need one... I hope to see a picture of what you come up with! I'm leaning toward just a thin strip.

To all, thanks for the nice comments. :-)
Thanks to Jane for introducing such a fun project!

Ah thanks! Will certainly post the finished top. Was planning four more rows of 3" blocks of white, Aqua and green, and two rows of gray but I'm out of the background. Plan B. I had cut the 4" hst blocks with wild abandon and was planning to use them up for a throw. Now they've been drafted and I'm liking the look so far. It'll probably be a couple more days.

Windblown- It doesn't matter what colors you choose they're all gorgeous! This is a neat, fun pattern that looks great in anything!

    Thanks Jane!
