I saved the printer friendly page in a pdf file.
My printer just loves to use up the ink even when it's off!
I have such a long list of quilts I want to make I'm sure I won't be making more than one also.

I've decided to finish sewing my pinks to my neutrals before breaking out the greens.

nancysp, how nice that the MQ has led to a simplified Christmas for you. I think it must be a blessing to many people in many different ways. It has certainly made this year special for me.

I don't know why now, but my seam is a little too scant. Luckily, I only did a tester block and checked, but I'll need to try being a tiny bit more generous with my seams and check again to be sure I'm accurate. I'm so glad this will be a fairly easy clue (once I get my seam just right). Bonnie really is helpful at encouraging accuracy!

Whitepine, I love your units! I was hoping you would post photos soon. I always enjoy seeing your fabric choices/combinations. They are wonderful.

I have just sewn four strips together for clue 2, so am way behind. But I am so glad to see this clue appears to be an easy one. Strip sewing -- that's the way to go.
I hope to get at least part of part 2 done this evening and then will begin clue 3 on Sunday. That way I'll at least have some of each done.

I have the same concerns but am working from limited stash so will go with it and hope for the best. Pieces so small usually work in a scrap quilt.

Alva stitcher, so sorry for your loss. Sewing is wonderful therapy, so hang in there.
I'm doing like Bonnie suggested at the start & starting each clue but then moving on when the next is posted. I have all of 1 & 2 cut, enough sewn to be comfortable with the clue. Then I write myself a note to tell me where I stopped & how many I have left to make.
I save the clues on the computer & only print off a few pages that give specifics for the clue.

Quick question: what color thread are you using for the GIMQ? Same color in the bobbin and top? I think I am going to go with off white/beige. (Yes, you are all right...I haven't started ANY of the blocks yet!) Thanks.
