Thank you for the link, Judith, and thanks to all for the feedback. I have not decided, yet, which technique I'll use but I'm leaning toward non-mitered unless I use stripes or directional. I'm just happy to finally be able to work a bit on this pattern...

Teen, is this a stash buster quilt. I am seeing some very pretty versatile fabrics in there. Can't wait to see how this quilt comes out.

So so pretty, Anael...I thought the first one pretty too tho.

I decided to work on the center medallion. Lots of curve piecing on that....cleaning and laundry today and a bit of sewing.
