Teen, The block is beautiful. Your work is always so very precise and detailed. Awesome.

See, I thought you were either finished with all the blocks/borders or really close!

I cut out the pieces for border. Simple border of square in square with setting triangles so, hopefully, will have time to work on a bit. Escrow has been delayed one week, which stretches out to better moving weather, I hope. DH is on his way back from Idaho. He took a load...mainly his big tractor and has had good weather to travel in. He left Saturday in the wee morning with his cousin and drove straight thru...unloaded, spent the night, returned home. He is expected home anytime now. He'll be exhausted but the tractor is in its new home and I the stress with getting it there is eliminated...so, I'm glad that is done.

I didn't do much piecing these days. It's cold here now and I'm trying to get used to it but I'm having a hard time this time. My brother just told me for him it's a bit harder too so I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Coming Saturday we're going biking again, we better get used to the cold weather
I'm renovating my bedroom......yes, in these temps hahahaha
Some stuff is happening in my life right now and I need to distract myself from it. Doesn't work, of course not but at least I'm getting some stuff around the house done.

You're doing the move all by yourself Teen? That means driving to Idaho and back a few times I guess.

While you are getting cold, we are warming up. Lol... I hope things improve for you. I'm trying to stay distracted, as well, with all that is going on with my sister and the move etc. it's not working, tho. Hope things improve for you, Anael. You are in my thoughts..

Most of the stuff that we hauled to Idaho is DH's shop equipment and weird shaped stuff...heavy stuff.....plus some heirloom stuff I don't want lost by movers. Everyone I spoke with says it is common to lose something on the move so I'm not taking any chances with stuff that cannot be replaced...family heirlooms, quilts, etc. We hired a mover for household and furnishing moving. No way can we do this on our own and they're professionals...so they know what they are doing...I hope. It's costly but worth it in our opinion. I'm just anxious to get there so I can get myself on a plane to help sis...

Anael, Happy late Birthday to your twin miracles. I am glad to seeing them so healthy.

Teen, Beautiful center for your Happy Birds. The selection of fabrics is beautiful. I love how your different blocks are coming out.
