Yesssssssssssssssss I just sewed the last seam of the Gypsy Wife!!!!
Pictures tomorrow, it's too dark already here.
Now I"m tired and I need some coffee!! I've been sewing strips all day.
Somewhere along the way I lost count of strips so I made a huge mistake. I didn't find the spot where I went wrong so it stays as it is.

Omgoodness, You just started this quilt. Wowzers, can't wait to see it in it's entirety. Congratulations Anael. Remember, no mistakes, only design changes.

I finished my Scrappy Swoon today. It is ready to be sent off to the quilter. I usually send 2 tops at a time. So, I have to get cracking on the next UFO. I have pulled a Blue Monochromatic DP9 out of the closet to work on. It only needs a border to finish it up. So, I'm going to check out Pinterest to see if I can find a pattern I like. And, I checked my UFO tops and, where there are still quite a few. Most of what's left is baby quilts, embroidery quilts (These won't be sent out. I will quilt them myself eventually.) and swap block quilts. I am preferring to finish the more normal quilts first.

Congrats on finishing your Scrappy Swoon Judith! Another UFO off the list!! Well done

Here's my finished Gypsy Wife top. I have to say, I really like her! I had a few moments where I thought she might be too wild but she's not.

Beautiful Anael it is perfect! Congratulations on getting it done.

I have been procrastinating on mine. Been working on finishing up a couple other UFO's.

    Thank you Christine!

I was thinking about you and your Long Time Gone. Sometimes it's good to step away for a while and do something else. When I'm not sure about what I'm doing I pin the project to the designwall where it is in plain sight. Most of the time I realize what needs to be done after a short period of time.

Anael, that turned out really nice. it's busy and bright, but still distinct enough to look good. Of course, that is just my opinion based on what is pleasing to my eye

I really do like JK patterns, I don't especially care for her choice of fabrics. I don't think I'd have done any of her patterns if I had only looked at the pictures on the pattern. It's all the wonderful variations that others have done that got me interested.
