    I like my overstuffed chair too! The other lady cat slept in it last night Maybe today I get a chance to use it myself!

    So I worked on GTSB today but it's not going like I want it! The flower block I made is a tad too large, meaning the point of one petal will be cut off......or I have to rip it and make a new petal. I made some pinwheel blocks, all too small so I just sewed a small border around them to make them to size
    That's what I noticed more often with Kingwell patterns. You really need to sew a scant 1/4" seam otherwise all blocks end up too small.

    But, on a positive note, section 2 is also finished. I'm not very sure about one block though......I'll leave it for now and wait till the whole top is finished. Maybe it can stay in the top.

    Yes, Anael...scant stitching helps with her blocks. I'm sure it's fine. If you recall, I had to sew a mini border around the berry basket after trimming to finished size instead of unfinished. No one even notices it so anything you do will just be absorbed into the design. GTSB is forgiving that way.. Just keep going and if you replace blocks later after all done, oh well...

    Wannabee.....9P are boring to me after awhile...lol...so, you go, girl.....

    I'm putting on the border of snail trail quilt top. It turned out so pretty, I think. Mi'll share when done. However, I was sick of working on it today and decided to play. I had this WH pattern for awhile and decided to make it. Bucket list to do a color wheel for my sewing room...checked that off. Going to quilt and bind tomorrow.. It's 18".
