    joe'smom...look up the Gourmet Quilter on Youtube. That's where I learned to do miters (mitres?) with more than one fabric properly and it works every time. She's one of my favourite teachers Watson

    Angry Mystery placemats

    quilted and finished 1st placemat. plan to do one a day and have a set of 4 by weekend.

    I had some time to sew yesterday so I pieced my top. I hadn’t cut the inner border out prior to the mystery so I am still trying to decide which inner border and outer border fabric to use. I used the Moda Songbook layer cake and had purchased some yardage in the collection so hopefully I will have a few options that already match.
