Still playing catch-up with Bonnie's mystery but also want to do this one and I believe I have my fabrics picked out. However today is going to be busy, does anyone know how long the clues will be up for this one?

Usually she keeps them up through Jan 2nd I believe. I'd try to snag them at the end of today if possible, just in case, but tomorrow should be okay too.

The clues can be printed and saved for whenever.

I'm glad I didn't choose larger. Got 1/2 cut and back needs a break.

The view from the studio window is great. The birds are happy and fat.

    Part 4 is up: https://www.merrymayhem.com/new-year...y-quilt#yAQgwo

cjsews, I'm jealous of your speed. I only got all of one type of HST done, which makes the next step seem like I'm gonna have to catch up for it.

This step's been fun, although I gotta stop for a minute and eat something (shouldn't have skipped breakfast)

Are you guys making the block using all the same fabric, the same color, or are you going completely scrappy? I'm going completely scrappy but all my fabrics are green so they also stay within the same color family. I've made 2 so far and I love how they look!

vadalia, I'm doing scrappy but within a color bundle I bought some time ago.
I'm afraid I cut mine wrong. I think d, e, and f are the same as a, b, c- just upside down. UGH!

    Part 5 is up: https://www.merrymayhem.com/new-year...y-quilt#yAQgwo

Oh no, SusieQOH! Maybe if you like the final design you can try just using the incorrectly cut ones to make a bigger version? Assuming they can't be finagled somehow to work.

I also cut wrong, but only one and was able to safe it.

At 9:08, I've got Part 3 finished and Part 5 just came out. Already behind 1 clue.

Got up early for Merry Mayhem. Here in California it's the Rose Bowl Parade. So I'm taking another break.

Looks good, Pet- glad you didn't get them all wrong the way I did. Not sure how I'm going to proceed!
