Christine, that is just gorgeous! I love your color selection. Orange and aqua look so cool together. Your quilt has a light, summery look to it. Nice job!

What wonderful finishes by all... Toverly and Christine, your quilts look so different just by changing a couple of colors and both are great. I’m not a “green” person but it works well in this pattern. Congratulations on fabulous finishes.

Christine, love your Good Fortune. Those yellow/gold spinning stars gives the whole quilt a spring feel to it.

Christine, that is so pretty and happy!
I think I'm burning out trying to do two mystery quilts at once (I knew it was a dumb idea). I'm trying to get the bright version to the bag-able stage so I can concentrate on finishing the other one. Those quarter star units are daunting and have me questioning my piecing skills. |
I hear you, Lisa. I thought I was doing a pretty good job with my units, but putting them together is showing how imperfect they are. Now I am subscribing to the philosophy of "close enough."

I went with "close enough" also audsgirl. I am happy with the results. I have a friend suffering over those points. For me it's about fun not perfection. This is a great quilt but not for a quilt show.

Everyone...your finished tops look lovely!
Don't stress about the points as per Bonnie! I always say, Done is better than Perfect! Stitch on!!! Kirsten |
