Jane I would never show a big picture like yours. All your points look great. You know the phrase about riding by on a horse?......well ya better have a race horse when ya ride by mine. lol. You ladies are really showing some great blocks.

The block is lovely in your Christmas fabrics, Dotty!

And Jane yours looks great too. Love all your reds. I hope I have four reds when I get around to making mine.

Thank you all so much for the lovely comments re my Christmas fabric blocks. My Dear Jane - in my signature link, was all in those fabrics and as I have SO much left I thought I would use them here. I have also recently used them in my Sylvia's Bridal Sampler which was in a BOW. It really spurs you on to "keep up" as they are posted. Seeing the blocks in so many different colours is great and they all are looking so good.

These are the fresh lilac fabrics, all 6. I'm knee deep in the 46 patch for this. I can't seem to erase that picture of the unknown tree. I think it is a walnut????

Oh! my, word! Your purple/lilac/green blocks are really super! I'm a fan of that color combination. It's the green that's outstanding to me. I love those shades of green.

Battle Axe, I love those colors together, too! I see a really pretty quilt shaping up....

I'm thinking the little mystery tree is a hickory.
