Battle Axe, your lilac fabric in your blocks are stunning! Like everyone else has commented, I too love that color combination. I can't wait to see them completed in your quilt!

Wonderful combination of colours Battle Axe, so pretty.
Thanks for the lovely comments about my Dear Jane. In making that quilt, I learnt so many techniques and now run a small DJ group here in the UK and seeing their quilts coming together in so many different colour ways is a delight.
Hope you all have a nice weekend.

Here are my first 6 in civil war fabrics. I started to make a 3rd set in Christmas and I have 3 blocks done, but I am so far behind on other stuff that I think I'll just forego the Christmas ones. Maybe closer to Christmas.

Love seeing these beautiful blocks all together. It really gives a good idea of what the quilt will end up looking like.

I am way behind you all. Thought I'd get my block made this weekend but got an "SOS" email from my charity group for urgently needed quilt restocking... so this weekend I need to be quilting some of these tops I have made. It's all good. I probably won't get to my R&R block before the next one comes out, next week.

Rainy morning here today so I finished the block for this week. With all of the half square triangles in this block I thought I would use my Go for cutting them. As it turned out, I may lose some of my points anyway, grrr. I'm also posting the blocks for the past two weeks. Jan

Wow! I like that idea. So you are making multiple blocks but from different fabrics. Will you keep all three quilts?
