The Bible says there are the quick and the dead. I say there are three categories: the quick, the dead and the slow. I belong to the last group.

TheMerleFamily/Christine, that is why I like mystery quilts. You do enough repeats of each clue that you discover new tips, new tricks, a few oopses but when you are done you still have a finished flimsy quilt top.

That’s a great feeling. And the encouragement and cheers from the balcony here on QB keep you wanting to keep on keeping on. I love the little bites (or sometimes big bites) that come each week.

But the practice of repeating the one task/clue multiple times is like another class on our way to Mastering this thing we call quilting. Your blocks are beautiful. When your quilt is done, the person benefiting from its warm & the love you put into it will never notice. ❤️

QRF your colors look great together, your block looks vintage to me.

Belfrybat, your colors look beautiful together and very calming. I love the greens! I also fear that my corals (more orange) will be too loud; it will be many weeks before I find out though as I'm currently the turtle and haven't started clue 4 yet.
