I finally finished and quilted my On Ringo Lake. So happy with the results. It's now washed an on our Airstream bed.
As I looked at all the leftover fabric, I decided to make a simple nine-patch, alternating with 3 1/2" melon squares. I still need to add the borders.
Additionally, a friend made me an afghan with the same colors, with yarn I had purchased 3 years ago. I had donated the yarn to her, as I was unable to crochet due to tendonitis. She surprised me and gave it back to me, all made up. It was ironic the colors were the same Bonnie Hunter chose for On Ringo Lake. I guess we share the same color tastes... Really enjoyed working with these colors!
