Everyone's quilts are beautiful! I am working on a different scrappy pattern at the moment, but do plan to make one of these maybe come the Fall.

I'm sure we'll (or at least I will) still be here plugging away on my Irish Chain Lots of other distractions right now and summer plans but I expect to be working on this on-and-of for a little while. Hope you do join in! And do share pics of your other scrappy

I looked at my pattern and I see it is actually a Triple Irish Chain from 1996....but I am using it because I have 2" squares saved, rather than the 2 ½ " size you all are making. I decided to put one of each block together, my other scrappy project is for camping when I use my Featherweight...so this will be another project to bring out when I need a change

Queenbarbie, I love your piano key borders...it adds so much to your quilt.

Great finishes Julia and Sheila...you guys certainly put your scraps to good use and in short order.
I am slowly stitching away on mine...I have about 20 of the 32 scrappy blocks and maybe 8 of the white background blocks. We are finally into some warmer sunnier weather here in Maine so I am spending as much time outdoors as I possibly can. Christine, how are you coming along with your IC?

JMoore - I must confess I've not spent any time on my IC in a few weeks... Finishing up quilting a large quilt on my DSM and I've got a baby quilt to do and another queen sized quilt for a gift this summer that will take priority but I do plan on finishing up my background blocks in the coming weeks (have all 55 of my scrappy blocks finished already). All must wait as I leave today for Cape Cod and won't be sewing for another week.

Hope everyone is enjoying the summer weather!

Today I visited my double Irish star blocks. I have 8 blocks completed, but I decided to swap out a color that does not play well the other colors. I’ Post pics when I get them corrected to my liking.

I enjoy seeing all of the tops that are being completed. All so pretty. Thank-you for sharing.
