Happylab I love purple too. When my husband and I bought our second house he said to paint the inside any color I wanted. Every room except three has purple in it. The three rooms are the downstairs bathroom, laundry room (not finished) and his office.

Looks like you have a great bunch of blocks "thimblebug". Wonderful progress and I think your little sewing machine is so cute.

Well tonight I have taken the time to lay out the blocks and will label them so that I don't get them too far out of order.

Thumblebug, love your colors. I like the richness of them. They sure catch my eye. I will post my finished quilt.... tomorrow. I am putting on the binding as I type.

Even with my grand-doggy helping me today... I got the final border on and stay-stitched......didn't give it the final press yet as I will need to piece a backing and that will have to wait a few weeks... it finished at 63"x 83"
