Ladies you are all awesome, beautiful finishes!

VickiM.....I love how you showcased your prints on the green quilt. I am trying to use up some of my stash and I plan to do some baby quilts for charity. I like the idea that you were able to add a lot of color and yet the matching of seam intersections has been kept to a minimum. Thanks for the idea.....I will take it and run with it!

Some I will donate, some will be for my craftshow booth. I like simple patterns, too, and just for that same reason. It also gives me a break from the more complicated ones I do occassionally.

Charlene...go for it, girl! They were just scrap 5" squares, the green is 5" wide, the sides I just cut the 5" squares in half. So simple, & nothing to match! Have fun!!!

Got the last one done, for now, so will try for some more next month. I didn't get a picture of the back, but it is actually double sided, the back is all 5" squares & about 10" top & bottom of the animal fabric used in the 5" squares. I DO feel good with this month's finishes...have a bunch more to go, but slowly the pile is going down...

Haven't checked in for awhile. Everybody's finishes are great! I picked up one quilt (needs to be bound) and dropped off two more at the LA er's so I am making progress. Seems like the piles keeps growing even though I am trying to shrink it. Guess I better stop starting things- LOL

I think it counts, but on the little projects that have been ufos for a (clear throat) few years, like 5-8 years, do they count if we finish them as well. On my list that my DD made, I have several of these. Thought would make them up so I can hit my 10 for this month in case I do not get my quilts I want done completed. Busy with my obligations of swaps and I am using one of these lost projects in a DQ this month and the pin cushion swap. Along with a couple of them in the mug rug swap. Thought would count as completed UFOS because I am using the listed items for these swaps.

    Default UFO challenge

HI, my name is Robinlee and I am a fabric'cholic/quilt'holic.

It all started when I was 7 years old and my mom started us three sister's in 4-H and the clothing project. I've made most of my clothing for Jr and Sr High school and through college. My children were never without homemade clothes till they were teen's. Now it's just my DH and I, and I need to get a few things finished before our kids give it away.....lol. So this UFO challenge will be my saving grace. Thank-you!!!!

Well, now that i nearly have my new house in order and can get back to quilting/sewing, I am once again up to this challenge. Moved to the Prairies of the Dakota's from the Turtle Mountains of North Dakota in Nov of 2010, unpacked very little, I was depressed about the move and the not having enough room for the sewing room vs what I had at our home at the farm. By the new year of 2011, we together (husband) made the decision to find something bigger for both of our sanity's. Anyway we now moved into a fix'er upper and I have a great sewing/quilting room called the "Hen House". Still working on some organization, but I can start working on my UFO's and PHd's.

"Charisma" just LAQ a wall hanging for me, so I just need to get the binding and bead work done on it, will show pictures by May 31 for that one, but I started working on a quilt for DS Micheal for christmas that I started 3-4 years ago, he was the only child (out of 5) that showed up to help get things going on the remodel of this new house including my sewing room. He made a special trip back from Minnesota to make sure this special room got done which entailed painting and speckling the basement floor.

So now the challenge begins, I have about 60 projects started and hoped to have most done by christmas.....
