This is the first (and only) recipe I ever had published in a national magazine. Do you save those little packets of sauce that come with take-out Chinese? Combine 1 hot mustard, 2 soy, and 3 duck sauce to make a tasty addition to take-out chicken. (Theme = easy.)
Works very well on pork chops, salmon steaks, tofu steaks, burgers, etc. Saved many a night for a working mother!!

Yum, that sounds so good. I need to go check out my collection of packets.

I wish you could buy those packets of hot mustard. I searched everywhere and no go.

Me too. Always ask for extras! I'm sure they have them at Ka Man in Chinatown. I wanted to mix up a batch for a party. Duck sauce seems to come in quarts! I used wasabi instead.

Thank you for this! About all I get done with the packets is watch them pile up in the fridge; now I can put them to good use! Now if I can just find a use for all those Long John Silver malt vinegar ones, I'd be happy. lol. :D :D ...or I could just use them to polish the chrome. :D :D
