The NuWave Brio has an available accessory set with a solid pan in it, but I know you can find the smaller aluminum pans (loaf pans, small pie pans) at the dollar store. Anything that can put in an oven and fits in your fryer will work. Some air fryer owners love the silicone pans that can be used in the oven, haven't tried that yet. You might have some of the mini pans that you see in the baking sections (like Michaels, Walmart) that will work. I bought several years ago when I would take small baked items to work.

I used to have an "American Harvest Jet Stream Fryer" with seveal
of the expansion rings. Loved it and used it so much that I literally
wore it out.
Back when I bought it (on QVC Home Shopping) it cost about $250
plus about $25-35 for each expansion ring/adapter. For me this was
money well worth the price.
Of course I am talking about 24 years ago (give or take a year or two)
when I bought it. At that time I had a BIG kitchen and almost every
small kitchen appliance to be had (except for a stand mixer which I
have now in my tiny kitchen).
If I ever got a kitchen big enough again to have another fryer I would
in a heart beat. Loved being able to cook a 14lb. turkey breast in half
the time.

There is a really awesome group dedicated to air fryers, always posting their various experiments with their fryers (all different brands). It is a facebook group, and very very active.

Hello all. Thanks for posting.Have decided my kitchen is just too small for another appliance....any appliance, with the Instant Pot taking up the last bit of counter space.
Have downsized & it's not something we want to do again.Truth is,would have all the kitchen gadgets if I could, but no no! Thanks to DH who asked "where will you put it?"

I made fries, brownies, and apple hand pies yesterday in it.

Hand apple pies.
I make pie crust dough but you could use biscuits or purchased crust. Roll out a circle. Add canned apple pie filling. Roll up. Crimp edges. Air fry 360 degree for about 15 minutes..flip to finish. 15 minutes or so. I wrap in foil to keep from over browning. I just experimented to see what works.
