Just had the chicken dish today at lunch at Olive Garden. I think it was possibly the best thing I've ever eaten! I thought that the sauce was described as "creamy garlic sauce" but I may be mistaken. Seemed lighter than a typical Alfredo. It was so yummy!!!

I also like the eggplant parmesan at Olive Garden, I love any kind of Alfredo but found it's around 1200 calories. I love the Ragu alfredo with either shrimp or broccoli and chicken. It tastes better then some I've eaten out
