I made the cloud bread. It was nasty. Yuk. Back when I was on the no carb diet, I made bread out of spinach and egg. Baked it dry in a loaf and then cut into slices. It was great for grilled ham and cheese. I'll try and find the recipe.
This is similar to what I use to make. https://www.food.com/recipe/no-carb-spinach-bread-68704

90 Second Keto Bread
1 tablespoon Butter or Olive Oil
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the shape you want the bread to be and add the egg. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Beat with a fork until completely mixed.
Microwave for about 90 seconds, until firm. Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate to release. Toast in a pan.
or… Bake: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Bake in a ramekin for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.

When I found cloud bread I thought it was amazing, but I had not had bread in about 15 years (at the time) I am allergic to gluten, and had to stop eating it years ago before all the substitutes came out and the few we had back then were disgusting. While there are some very bread like substitutes now that are gluten free not many (good) ones that are low carb. imo

I don't know if this brand is nation wide and it is a wheat bread. I love it! It is Sara Lee Delightful with 45 calories per slice and 9 grams of carbs. You might be able to get it from Amazon. Yep they have it.

If you boil white rice when cooking for 30 min. there will be very little carbs left in it. The texture is the same as regular cooked rice. Not mushy at all. I cook all my rice this way and no one has ever noticed the difference.
