    This isn't a recipe.....but........ Two years ago we were at a mining camp "outing" and one of the vendors was selling Anasazi beans. She swore by them. I bought a pound and put off trying them for 2 years! I'm SOOOO sorry I put it off! You can order them from here ADOBE MILLING.

    I'm not a vendor, have no interest in the company, but absolutely fell in love with them! They have a different flavor, cause LESS gas (yes, I've tested that...LOL) and (here's the best part) they cook up FASTER! I put a pound of them on to cook at 2:00 2 days ago and within 3 hours they were ready!!!! They're DRIED and cook in 3 hours! I followed the recipe on the package........both of us agree, they're the best. They even taste better the 2nd day.
