    1/2 cup salt butter/ softened
    3/4 cup dark brown sugar
    1/2 white granulated sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
1 package of Andes baking chips
2/3 cups of sifted all purpose flour

Blend butter, sugars, baking soda and powder, vanilla, eggs until mixed. Stir in chips and flour.
Chill dough for about an hour in fridge. Make 1oz balls from the dough and then slightly flatten. Raise oven rack 1 level over the middle and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool in pan for 2 minutes before removing.

Yummy I made some tonight. The taste was really good.
Try them if you like Andes mints

I just purchased some of these chips not really having any recipe in mind, but thought they sounded good.

bebe, seeing your yummy cookies I'll be baking up a batch tomorrow.
